Service description
The service sends notifications such as order status updates, appointment reminders and process information to WhatsApp numbers that have opted in. It operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
Opt-in and opt-out
Messages are sent only to numbers that have given consent to receive notifications for the related service or order. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by blocking the sender number.
Availability and limitations
Delivery depends on the WhatsApp and Meta infrastructure. Notifications may be delayed or fail due to API downtime, platform restrictions, number verification issues or similar causes. Content is provided “as is” for informational purposes and no guarantee of delivery or timeliness is given.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to receive messages after publication means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
