Swonie Notification Service is a messaging service operated by Swonie Creative Design, sending service notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our website address is https://swonie.com. Data we collect
- Your phone number and WhatsApp account identifier.
- Message content sent to you through the service and replies you send back.
- Delivery, read and failure statuses of messages.
- Service and transaction identifiers needed to link notifications to your orders or requests.
How we use data
- To send notifications you have opted in to receive, such as order updates, appointment reminders, process status changes and support messages.
- To monitor delivery and keep records required to operate and troubleshoot the service.
- To comply with legal, accounting and security obligations.
WhatsApp and Meta processing
Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta. When we send you a message, Meta processes technical delivery data under its own terms and privacy policy. This policy covers only the processing performed by Swonie Creative Design.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or message data with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes. We send notification messages only, and only about the service or order you opted in to.
Opt-out and data deletion
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or by blocking the sender number in WhatsApp. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Requests are processed within 48 hours where technically possible.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data at any time. If you are located in Türkiye, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) grants you additional rights, which we honor.
Retention and security
Message and delivery records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and protected by appropriate technical measures.
